Dan was an incredible guy, his service to country, dedication to his community & love of family was amazing. I will miss his sense of humor. his wonderful personality, and his observations of life. Prayers to the family, and may the knowledge that he is reunited with Norma & Danny bring you peace & comfort.

Feeling sad a news of Dan's passing. Veterans had no better friend in area than him. I worked with him hundreds of times of years to gain benefits for deceased Veterans. I just pray Veterans Administration has men and women like Dan to care for Veterans Affairs living or deceased. Rest high on that mountain Mr. Dan. Funeral Director Jim Thorn

I respected and loved this man so much and he did so much to serve the veterans. He was always was so appreciative of the ladies who served as officers of the VFW Ladies Auxiliaries, particularly VFW 2901 and gave us much encouragement to never tire in our service to the organization. In serving twice as President, he always encouraged me and gave me some wonderful ideas in ways we could serve our Post and veterans. I always listened to him and took his advice. My condolences to his family ~ how hard to lose both of your parents so close together. Love you Dan Wiggins.

It is with utter shock that I read that Dan passed today, I feel weak and fruitless trying express my condolences to Wiggan’s Family. The recent loss of Norma, Dan’s beloved wife of so many years must of broke Dan’s heart. I feel that any word from me in an attempt to give you solace during your time of grief is miniscule compared to such an overwhelming loss in such a short period of time. Although Dan and I clashed at times, I respected him. I pray to our Heavenly Father that the anguish of the loss of Norma and now Dan is softened with the knowledge that they are together and the cherished memories of their time amongst us.
