Larry E. Linton

Larry E. Linton age 66, of Summerfield, OH passed away suddenly Friday, June 21, 2019 at his home. He was born September 19, 1952 in Washington County, Ohio a son of the late Charles and Mary Linton Antill.

He served and protected his nation in the U.S. Marine Corps. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching professional wrestling.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 2 daughters Audrey and Nila Howell; 1 brother Rick Antill.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Tina Howell Linton, whom he married September 13, 1985; 3 children Chuck (Ruby) Henthorn of Bealsville, OH, Christina (Jamie) Chapman of Middlebourne, WV, and Joey Linton of the home; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings Jeff (Barb) Ness, Connie King, Jim (Tammy) Antill, Bob Antill, and Tammie Kay Myers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday, June 25, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Danny LeMasters officiating. Burial will follow in Ogles Ridge Cemetery, with military graveside honors conducted by the Noble County Veteran Service Organizations.
