Kevin Allen Townsend

Kevin Allen Townsend age 40, of Macksburg, OH passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the Genesis Hospital in Zanesville, OH, following an extended illness. He was born September 17, 1980 in Marietta, OH a son of the late Rose Townsend Bloomfield.

He was a Class of 2000 Graduate of the Warren High School. He had a passion for driving truck up until the very end. He was employed by AWL Trucking in Marietta.

In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his grandparents Reva & Rick Townsend.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Teresa A. Erb Townsend, whom he married June 2, 2017; children Myah Townsend, Katlyn Townsend, Mackenzie Hupp, Rachel Hupp, and Dalton Hupp; 2 siblings Troy Bloomfield and Margie (Aaron) Wesel all of Marietta; mother-in-law and father-in-law Linda and Dean Erb of Woodsfield, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, August 20, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. Visitation will conclude services at the funeral home with cremation to follow. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
