James Dobbins Obituary

James H. Dobbins age 59, of Cumberland, OH passed away at his home Thursday evening, March 26, 2020. He was born July 23, 1960 a son of Barbara J. Sampson Dobbins and the late Harold S. Dobbins.

He will always be remembered as a tinkerer he loved to work on automobiles and working in the outdoors. He worked on oil rigs for many years.

Those left to cherish his memory, in addition to his mother are long time companion Barb Thompson; brothers Ed Dobbins and Brad (Debbie) Dobbins; sister Cheryl (Scott) Bearer; nephew Matt Cox; nieces Samantha (Bud) Wolfran and Jocelyn (Gerry) Brennan.

Burial will be held at Minnora Cemetery, Calhoun County, WV. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date when restrictions on large public gatherings are lifted. Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
