Ernest “Ernie” B. Haga Jr. age 66, of Woodsfield, OH formerly of Caldwell, OH passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 at his residence. He was born October 4, 1954, a son of the late Ernest Sr. and Isabelle Haga.

Ernie was a 1973 Graduate of the Shenandoah High School and was employed for several years for the former Glacier Vandervell Manufacturing Plant in Caldwell. He was an avid OSU football fan. Many will remember Ernie standing and coaching for the Caldwell and Shenandoah biddy league football programs. Nothing made him happier then to see these young boys succeed on the field and beyond.

Those left to cherish his memory are his three children Heather Fleming of Columbus, Shawn (Fiancée Alesia McConnell) Haga of Woodsfield, and Michael (Gracie) Haga of the U.S. Navy; 6 grandchildren Mekayla Fleming, Kieran Fleming, Kellen Fleming, Bellah Haga, Rhyder Haga, and Adryanna McConnell; 1 great-grandson Brayden.

Cremation will be observed with no additional services held at this time. Inurnment will be held at a later date in the Eastern Cemetery in Summerfield, OH.
