Danny Lee McDaniel

Danny Lee McDaniel age 77, of Cambridge, OH passed away Monday evening October 5, 2020 at his residence under the care of the Hospice of Guernsey Inc. He was born May 24, 1943 in Zanesville, OH a son of the late Francis McDaniel and Elanore Miller Gill.

He enjoyed bowling for many years. He was a horse trainer of standard bread horses most of his life. He owned and operated the McDaniel Stables based out of the Northfield Racetrack in Northfield, OH for years.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Geraldine Moran McDaniel whom he married in 1960; 3 sons Mickey E. McDaniel and Dennis McDaniel both of Bedford, OH and Duane McDaniel of Colorado; 2 granddaughters Susan and Jennifer; 9 step-siblings; his dog Peanut. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Cremation will be observed with no additional services held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
