Charles "Chuck" Carter Obituary
Charles A. “Chuck” Carter age 61, of Caldwell, OH passed away peacefully at his home Saturday, March 21, 2020. He was born March 20, 1959 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late Robert and Bertha Norris Carter.
Chuck will always be remembered as someone who loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 3 siblings Linda Lee Mazgay, Robert “Bobby” Norris, and Becky Miller.
Those left to cherish his memory are 2 sons Codey (Kimberly) Carter of New Concord, OH and Cole (Briann) Carter of Caldwell; 4 grandchildren Camren, Kailie, Cason, and Leighton Carter; 2 step-grandchildren Wyatt Williams and Carlie Nezbeth; 3 sisters Cheryl (Paul) Keith, Deb (Dave) Cartell, and Kay Reed all of Caldwell; 1 brother Mike (Jan) Carter of Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
A cremation will be observed with no additional services held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
