William 'Bud' H. Thomas

William H. "Bud" Thomas age 76, of Caldwell, OH formerly of Brunswick, OH passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, OH. He was born April 14, 1941 in Keith, WV a son of the late Chester and Irene Norton Thomas.

Bud retired from Pitt Ohio as a truck driver after many years of service. He loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of the Keith United Methodist Church in Keithtown, OH.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Bonnie J. Thomas whom he married May 18, 1979 and who passed away May 25, 2010; a son Allen Thomas; twin sisters Alma Moore and Thelma Hawkins.

Those left to cherish his memory are a son Gregory (Fiance Allisha Adams) Thomas of Hamilton, GA; 4 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; 1 sister Irene (Alan Jerry) Dillon of Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Monday, April 9, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Dr. Robert Buckley officiating. Burial will follow in Keith Cemetery.
