Wanda L. Rossiter

Wanda L. Rossiter age 70, resident of the East Union, OH community passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019 at 3:02 PM at Southeastern Med in Cambridge, OH due to several chronic illnesses. She was born December 28, 1948 in Cambridge, OH a daughter of the late Kenneth and Myra Berry VanFossen of Sarahsville, OH. She was a member of the Green Valley Church of Christ. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a homemaker and talented quilter. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Ronald E. Rossiter, whom she married November 20, 1966 and who passed away September 24, 2012; 2 infant children Ronnie and Greta Rossiter. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Tammy (Randy) Hudson of Beallsville, OH; a son Scott Rossiter of Munford, TN; 5 grandchildren Colton, Kyle, & Annaka Rossiter, Paige (Sam) Myers, Brandon (Kyra) Hudson; 4 great-grandchildren Stella, Kase, & Eli Myers, and Sawyer Hudson; sisters Susan Vincenzo, Darla Pittman, and Sherry Hickenbottom; brothers Lloyd, Roger, Larry, & Tony VanFossen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 1:00 to 6:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will be held Monday, December 2, 2019 at 12:00 PM at the Creighton Ridge Church of Christ, with Brent Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Creighton Ridge Cemetery near Sycamore Valley, Ohio.
