Vivian Davis

Vivian M. Davis, age 79, of Caldwell died Wednesday (Nov. 1, 2006) afternoon at Southeastern Med in Cambridge, Ohio. She was born March 31, 1927 in Noble County, a daughter of the late Rudy and Thelma Pickenpaugh Bigley. Vivian was a member of the Caldwell United Methodist Church. She was a former nurse's aide, having worked at Dr. Ditch's Office in Caldwell and Guernsey Memorial Hospital in Cambridge. Surviving are her husband Richard A. "Dick" Davis of the home, whom she married August 10, 1946; Brother Joe (Ruth) Bigley of Bradenton, FL and Sister Bonnie Carter of Columbus, OH; Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Friday (Nov. 3, 2006) from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Fitzgerald and Rev. Larry Hukill officiating.
