Virginia Gurewicz

Virginia Gurewicz (nee Finley) age 78, of Summerfield and LaGrange, OH passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024 at her home in LaGrange. Virginia “Ginger” was born on August 23, 1945, in Cleveland, OH, daughter of the late Taylor and Ruth Adkins Finley.

She was the beloved wife of the late Donald A. Gurewicz whom she married August 28, 1961 and who passed away June 16, 2014; beloved mother of Christine DuBreuil (Angel), DeAnna Hart (late Matthew), Adam Gurewicz (Ekaterina), Matthew Gurewicz and Leslie Barrett (Joseph); beloved grandmother of 12 grandchildren and beloved great-grandmother of 17 great-grandchildren. Loving mother, Granny, sister, aunt and friend of many that will greatly miss her.

The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, July 26, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will conclude visitation on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Father Thomas Nelson officiating.
