Valeria Sue Weaver

Valeria Sue Whetstone Weaver age 54, of Caldwell, OH passed away Monday July 25, 2022 unexpectedly while traveling in Hartford, CT. She was born June 27, 1968 in Cambridge, OH a daughter of the late James Allen and Wava M. Harper Whetstone.

She was a 1986 graduate of Caldwell High School. She was employed at the State Library of Ohio in Caldwell for over 35 years. Valeria was the owner and operator of her own travel business, Distinctive Destinations. She loved traveling, shopping, and participating in online auctions.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her father-in-law Donald E. Weaver.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Donald E. "Buck" Weaver II, whom she married August 2, 2013; 2 children Brittany Weaver (Alex) Ulrich of Pataskala, OH and Daniella Weaver of Akron, OH; 3 grandchildren Aden Sandmann, Zander Ulrich, and Ryder Ulrich; sister Victoria (Nick) Scaglione of Canton, OH; mother-in-law Barbara Weaver of Bowerston, OH; extended family Bayleigh (Mike) Vidovich of Roanoke, VA, Graham (Katie) Janusik of Antrim, OH, Mason (Kristina Cosgrave) Janusik of Cambridge, OH, and Nataleigh (Keilondre) White of Jacksonville, NC. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral celebration will conclude visitation Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 6:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with her caring friends Misty Wyscarver and Becky Grosklos officiating. Cremation will follow with inurnment to be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be directed in Valerias honor to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, or Paws, Inc. Humane Society of Noble County.
