Theresa Ann Matheney

Life Legacy Theresa Ann Ritterbeck Matheney, age 63, of Belle Valley, OH passed away Wednesday, November 24th, 2010 at her home. She was born November 3rd, 1947 in Caldwell, OH a daughter of the late Carl F. and Freda M. Hill Ritterbeck. Theresa was a member of the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Belle Valley. She was retired from the former March Electric Plant in Cambridge and also worked at LDM Plastic in Byesville, OH and McDonalds of Caldwell. She always enjoyed flowers and spending time gardening. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother Francis Ritterbeck; 2 sisters Mary Agnes Ritterbeck Weisend and Rita Ann Ritterbeck Zwick. She will be missed by her family, daughter Brenda (Steve) West of Cambridge, 2 sons Joe (Juanita) Matheney of Summerfield and James Matheney of Cambridge; 3 grandchildren Travis Matheney, Jennifer Matheney and Eric Matheney; 3 brothers Harold Ritterbeck of Caldwell, Herman (LaVaughn) Ritterbeck of Columbus, OH and Howard (Bev) Ritterbeck of Bolivar, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Sunday, November 28th, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724, with a Vigil Service held at 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, November 29th, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Belle Valley with Rev. Father Wayne Morris serving as Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Fulda, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Cambridge Regional Cancer Center, 1410 Clark Street, Cambridge, OH 43725.
