Ted E Finley

Ted E. Finley, age 71, of Caldwell passed away Sunday evening March 8th, 2009 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Zanesville. He was born July 10, 1937 in Noble County, OH a son of the late Cecil and Jessie Cunningham Finley. Ted was a member of the Caldwell Church of Christ, Sharon Lodge #136 F. & A.M. and Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Local #168 in Marietta. Ted enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, working on the farm and being outdoors. Surviving are his Wife Nancy Pitts Finley of the home, whom he married September 6th, 1958; One Son Mitchell (Lisa) Finley of Caldwell; Three Grandchildren Jason Finley of Dudley, Sean and Tyler Whetstone of Caldwell; Three Brothers Jim (Bea) Finley of Caldwell, Terry (Mary) Finley of Zanesville and Joe (Debbie) Finley of Belpre; Step Mother Lucy Finley of Belpre. He was also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Service will be held in his honor Saturday April 4th, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell where the family will receive friends following the Service until 5:00 PM. The family has suggested those wishing to send Memorial Contributions in Ted's Honor to consider the Noble County Health Department, 44069 Marietta Road, Caldwell, Ohio 43724.
