Suzann Starr

Suzann Starr age 63 of Macksburg, OH passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, OH. She was born June 10th, 1949 in Allegany County, MD a daughter of the late Henry T. and Hazel Erich Grahame. She was a member of the Macksburg United Methodist Church in Macksburg, OH. She enjoyed reading and coloring. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Forest Richard "Dick" Starr, whom she married March 21st, 1991 and who passed May 15th, 2007; 3 Sisters Emma Jane Ogle, Donna Ross and Genevieve Smith. She was loved and will be missed by her family, 2 Daughters Tabatha Harsh of Winchester, VA and Tammy (Michael) Davis of Lake Worth, FL; 4 Stepchildren Sam (Linda) Starr of Ashtabula, OH, Allen (Delores) Starr of Boynton Beach, FL, Rose of Arkansas and Angie of Dexter City, OH; 4 Grandchildren Anthony Andrews, Tatiana Andrews, Amanda Davis and Shannon Davis; Several Step-Grandchildren; 1 Brother Henry T. (Janet) Grahame Jr. of Newport, OH; 4 Sisters Loudella Bower of Lakeman, FL, Linda (Joe) Arnold of Waterford, OH, Peggy (Burl) Hayes of Newport, and Charlotte (Rick) Carpenter of Macksburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation was observed and the family plans to hold a Memorial Service to celebrate Suzann's Life on Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Macksburg United Methodist Church, 390 Mechanic Street, Macksburg, OH 45746, with Pastor Jeff Hancock and Pastor Ken Ogg Co-Officiating. Inurnment will be held in Lund Cemetery in Macksburg at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to assist the Ryder McCune Family c/o Farmers & Merchants Bank, 430 North Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
