Roy V. "Turkey" Kirkbride

Roy V. "Turkey" Kirkbride, age 60 of Calais, OH passed away Thursday, November 8th, 2012 at his home. He was born July 14th, 1952 a son of the late Vernon and Edna Morris Kirkbride. He was employed by Beaver Township as a laborer. He also worked for George Burkhart for many years off and on. He loved his dogs Grump, Smoke and Junior. He enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing and drinking beer with all his buddies. He leaves behind many good friends and neighbors. A respectful cremation will be observed, with no visitation held. A gathering will be held by his friends to celebrate the life of Turkey on Saturday, November 17th, 2012 at 5:00 PM at Turkey's favorite spot, the Big Brown Barn located on Pumpkin Ridge Road.
