Roxanna Drayer

Roxanna Dial Drayer, age 59 of Belpre Ohio, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, after an extended illness. She was born July 28, 1961, in Columbus, OH, a daughter of the late George and Donna Kirkendall Dial. She was a homemaker and loved caring for her children and grandchildren. Roxanna had a passion to care for and help abused animals as well as her own pets who were her children as well. Roxanna had a huge heart and was willing to help anyone in need.

Roxanna was preceeded in death by her younger brother John C. Woyan, Mother Donna Jean Kirkendall and Father George Conley Dial.

Those left to cherish her memory are 3 sons; David Plansencia and Dakota Lawson of Belpre Ohio, James Lawson from North Carolina; 2 special grandchildren Jayden and R.J. Plansencia of Belpre, Ohio: 3 sisters Marcella Jean Wagner of Parkersburg WV, Georgianna and (Russell) Hollopeter of Guysville Ohio; 1 brother George H. Dial of The Plains Ohio, Sue Burke of Columbus Ohio: three nieces and two nephews: and special friends Jamie Causey, Pat Parsons and Joann Dotson.

Cremation will be observed with no additional services held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
