Robert “Bob” Leon Westbrook age 82, of Wingett Run, OH passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024 at his home with his family by his side. He was born May 17, 1942 in Stewart, OH a son of the late Edward and Martha Thomas Westbrook.
   
  
   
  
He was active Mason having been a Past Master of the Masterton Lodge #429 F. & A.M., member of the Marietta Commandery #50 Knights Templar of the York Rite in Marietta, OH, Scottish Rite Valley of Cambridge, a Shriner, member of the Aladdin Temple and Marietta Shrine Club. Robert was a past member of the Ohio Valley Home Builders Association and a charter member of the Little Muskingum Volunteer Fire Department. For 17 years, he worked for Broughton Foods before starting his own construction business in 1977 called Westbrook and Sons Builders.
   
  
   
  
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister Delma Martin; brother George Westbrook; brothers-in-law Art Martin, Steve Wheaton and Lester Doyle; sisters-in-law Joyce (Tim) Bunner and Judy Doyle.
   
  
   
  
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 63 years, Janet Doyle Westbrook whom he married October 7, 1961; children Robin (Randy) O’Neal, Mark (Lorel) Westbrook, Angela (Steven) Summers, and Eric (Kari) Westbrook; grandchildren Amber (Billy) Dunbar, Lindsey (Keith) Miller, Dylan (Dakota) O’Neal, Kaitlyn (Nic) Kidd, Kelsi (Brent King) Westbrook, Colton Westbrook, Carleigh Westbrook, Brianna (Zach) Reese, Jena (Cody) Huffer, Erica (Austin Bell) Westbrook, and Ty Westbrook; great-grandchildren Liam, Bentley, Emma, Jolie, Colbie, Cutler, Knox, Axel, Lincoln, Hudson, Willow and Baby Bell; brothers Larry (Rennie) Westbrook and Earl (Pat) Westbrook; sisters Janet (Rodger) Turner and Karen Wheaton; sister-in-law Diane Doyle. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
   
  
   
  
Cremation will be observed, and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
