Phillip W. Evans

Phillip W. Evans age 70, of Caldwell, OH passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Southeastern Med in Cambridge, OH. He was born May 2, 1948 in Bellefontaine, OH a son of the late Foster L. and Florence I. "Peg" Miller Evans.

Phillip was a 1966 Graduate of the Riverside High School in DeGraff, Ohio. He retired, following 24 years of service from Allied Machine & Engineering in Dover. He enjoyed all types of sports, he was an avid golfer and bowler just to name a few. He enjoyed watching NASCAR Racing and liked old cars as well.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Eileen A. Brungard Evans, whom he married November 26, 1970; son Wayne F. (Stacy) Evans of Zanesville, OH; daughter Nichole (Tim Miller) Evans of Caldwell; three grandchildren Adrean Evans, Matthew Miller, and Andrew Miller; brother Donald (Lynda) Evans of Sidney, OH; 3 nephews. He is also survived by many friends.

Cremation will be observed, with no additional funeral services held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
