Paul Hensler

His Legacy.... Paul M. Hensler Jr., age 73, of Zanesville, OH formerly of Sarahsville, passed away Wednesday Morning (August 22, 2007) at Genesis Health Care Systems Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville, OH. He was born August 30, 1933 in Short Creek, W.V. a son of the late Paul M. Sr. and Annabelle Zora Shepard Hensler. Paul served and protected his country in the U.S. Navy from 1952 to1956. He was the owner/operator, for many years of the Hensler Janitorial Service of Marietta, OH. Paul was Ordained in the Prison Vision Ministry. He enjoyed spending time with his cat and birds, he also enjoyed listening to southern gospel music. His Family... Surviving are his wife Wilma Rose Brown Hensler of the home whom he married Oct. 5, 1954; 2 Sons Donald (Cindy) Hensler of Zanesville and Kenny (Rose) Hensler of Jackson, OH; 5 Daughters Shirley (Dan) VanBuren of Gratiot, OH, Debbie Hensler-Stahr of Ava, OH, Tonya (Jay) Redcay of Carlisle, PA, Dee (Randy) Baker of Caldwell and Linda (Danny) Baker of Sarahsville; 17 Grandchildren and 16 Great-Grandchildren; 4 Brothers Carl Hensler and David Hensler both of Marietta, Larry Hensler of Arizona and George Hensler of Stockport, OH; 3 Sisters Eileen Brown and Anna Marie Ward both of Marietta and Mary Erb of Florida. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a Son Johnny Hensler and 2 Brothers Daniel and Bob Hensler. His Farewell Service... Friends will be received Thursday (Aug. 23,2007) from 4 to 7 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH. 43724. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Vernon Small and Lee Dunn Officiating. Burial will follow in Eastern Cemetery in Summerfield, where the Noble County Veterans Service Organizations will conduct military graveside honors.
