Life Legacy
 Patricia "Patsy" June Kotoff, age 81, of Cumberland, born on Sept. 11, 1929 in Detroit, MI died Monday, Jan. 31, 2011 at her home surrounded by her family. 
 
She was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Evanchuck Ritter, her sister Shirley Joann Ritter Reidel and her brother Richard "Dickie" Ritter. 
 
She leaves her husband of 62 years, Clem Kotoff of the home, whom she married July 10, 1948; three sons, Ronald (Diane) Kotoff of Cincinnati, Robert (Barb) Kotoff of Cumberland, Rick (Kathy) Kotoff of Cumberland; four daughters, Debra (David) DeLong of Senecaville, Tami Kotoff of Pleasant City, Lori (Aaron) Moon of Maine, Sheri (Matt) Colson of Cumberland; two sisters, Peggy Ann Anderson of California and Carolyn Barnes of Montana; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. 
 
She loved being a homemaker and taking care of her family. She was a hard worker in the kitchen known for her baking talents. She loved square dancing where she & Clem danced many polkas to everyone's delight. She loved being outdoors in the sun and spending time in her flowerbeds. 
 
She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and has been for 54 years. She was a member of the Cambridge Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for 44 years and a member of the Caldwell Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for the last 10 years. She was devoted to her God and loved making public expressions of her faith. She enjoyed studying the Bible with her children and grandchildren and volunteering her time to teach the Bible's hope for the future where there will be no more sickness and death. She was known as a 'walking Bible'. 
 
Friends will be received Friday, February 4, 2011 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 2:00 pm in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Herb Uhrig Officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery in Claysville, OH. 
 
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests those wanting to make memorial contributions to consider the Hospice of Guernsey, Inc., PO Box 1165, Cambridge, Ohio 43725. 
 
She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and members of the Kingdom Hall. She was a hard working queen.
