Nicole Marie Henry

Nicole Marie Henry, age 18, of Zanesville, formerly of Caldwell, OH passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the Nationwide Childrens Hospital in Columbus, OH after a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 5, 1997 in Zanesville, OH youngest daughter of Dale and Christi Petry Henry of Zanesville, OH.

Nicole attended Cornerstone Full Gospel Church in Duncan Falls and was active in their youth group. She was currently finishing up her Associates Degree in Applied Science at the Zane State College as a post-secondary student. She had recently been accepted into 5 different colleges along with scholarships. She was employed at the Fieldhouse in Zanesville. She will always be remembered for her smile and love for vacationing at the beach.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Charles E. Henry and maternal grandparents Austin Ray and Mary E. "Kitty" Petry.

In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory are 2 sisters Heather Renee (Dean) Fairchild of Zanesville and Ashley (Brandon) Travis of Clarksville, TN; 2 precious nieces Sophia and Skylar Travis; paternal grandmother Clara Ruth Henry of Dexter City, OH; boyfriend Slade Stoneburner of New Concord, OH. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center, 7033 Glenn Highway, Cambridge, OH 43725, with Pastors Gary Fitzgerald and Jamie Harrop co-officiating. Burial will follow in Dudley Cemetery, south of Caldwell.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Nicole Henry Fund, to be used towards scholarships and ministry at any Peoples Bank Location.
