Neil E. Williams, age 84 of Caldwell, OH passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Summit Acres Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Caldwell. He was born March 12, 1932 in Kenton, OH a son of the late Roger and Josephine Clay Williams.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Judith A. Lyons Williams, whom he married January 31, 2008; a step-son Kevin (Sandy) Wimer of Byesville, OH; brother-in-law Don (Vickie) Lyons of Cambridge, OH.
Cremation will be observed, with no additional funeral services held at this time.
