Narelle Cisler

Narelle R. Cisler, age 97, of New Albany, Ohio passed away on February 7, 2025. She was born in Sharon Twp., OH on July 29, 1927, to the late Stephen and Florence Parrish.

Narelle graduated from Forest Grove High School in Sharon. She lived in Canton, OH for more than 70 years, where she was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church. Narelle moved to New Albany in 2023 and was a resident of The Avalon of New Albany retirement home. Narelle liked to read, knit and sew. Her greatest joy was time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, Narelle is preceded in death by her husband, John Cisler, one brother and four sisters. She is survived by her children, Randall (Beckie) Cisler, Brent (Jan) Cisler, Ronda (Michael) Jones; grandchildren, Allison Criger, Brett Cisler, Ryan Jones, Lauren Wert; and seven great grandchildren.

A graveside service and burial will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 11:00am in Sharon Cemetery in Sharon, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sharon Cemetery Association, in care of Judy Baker, 15023 McConnelsville Road Caldwell, Ohio 43724.
