at Red Carpet Health Care Center in Cambridge, Oh. Michael was born in Howard County, Arkansas the son of James and Jean Persley.

Michael was a laborer in the Painting and Repair Business. He was loved and will be missed by his family.

Cremation will be observed, without any funeral services.
