Marjorie E. Saling

Marjorie E. Saling, age 85 of Caldwell, OH passed away Friday Morning, October 14th, 2011 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. She was born March 26th, 1926 in Noble County, OH a daughter of the late Roman and Edna Sorg Crum. She was a member of St. Mary's of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fulda and St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Caldwell. Through the years she enjoyed sewing, bowling and traveling often. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her Husband Bernard J. Saling whom she married May 6th, 1944 and who passed away April 23rd, 1978; 3 Sons William R., Kenny C. and Denver A. "Butch" Saling; Great Granddaughter Nya Lynn Postlethwait; 2 Sisters Mary Rose Saling and Louella Macenko. She will be missed by her family 3 Daughters Sheila (James) Serdy of Belle Valley, OH, Becky Saling and Christy (Rick) Postlethwait all of Caldwell; 9 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; 1 Sister Lucille Archer o f Caldwell; 3 Daughters-In-Law Beth Saling, Janet Saling and Debbie Saling all of Caldwell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received Monday, October 17th, 2011 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724, with a Vigil Service held at 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, October 18th, 2011 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fulda with Rev. Father Chester Pabin serving as Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
