Marjorie Denney

Her Legacy.... Marjorie "Jean" Denney, age 79, of Caldwell passed away Saturday (April 21, 2007) afternoon at her residence. Jean was born January 14, 1928 in New Straitsville, OH a daughter of the late George D. and Frances Moulton Wilson. Jean was a former member of the United Methodist Church in New Straitsville and later a member of the Caldwell United Methodist Church in Caldwell. She was a former member of the Eastern Star in New Straitsville and was one of the founding members of the Caldwell T.O.P.S. Club. Jean enjoyed visiting with friends and family as well as traveling and camping. In addition to her parents Jean is preceded in death by four brothers Thomas, Willard, Kenneth and Allan Wilson. Her Family... She is survived by her husband Robert Eugene Denney of the home, whom she married June 27, 1948; Son David R. (Jeanette) Denney of Cambridge, OH; Daughter Jean Ann (John) Monk of Pataskala, OH; 3 Grandchildren Dustin McWilliams of Springfield, ILL, Marian (Michael) Kirkbride of Cambridge and Jodi (Mat) Tedrick of Kimbolton, OH; Great Grandson Brady Kirkbride. Brother Richard J. (Alice) Wilson of Columbus, OH. Also Survived by several nieces and nephews. Her Farewell Service... Friends will be received Monday (April 23, 2007) from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gary Fitzgerald officiating. Burial will follow in Olive Cemetery in Caldwell.
