Mandy Neff, age 39, of Belle Valley, passed away Wednesday July 20, 2016 at her residence. She was born March 18, 1977 in Cambridge, OH a daughter of the late Larry and Cheryl McElroy Neff.
Cremation will be observed, with no additional funeral services held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
