Lewis E. Spear

Lewis E. Spear age 74, of Caldwell, OH went to be with the Lord at noon on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Arcadia Valley Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Coolville, OH. He was born June 10, 1947 in Marietta, OH a son of the late Marshall L. and Josie Smith Spear.

He was a former employee of King Quarries. He was a member of the Noble County Farm Bureau and the Old Iron Power Club. He served as a Sharon Township Trustee and Vice President of the Sharon Cemetery Association. He enjoyed farming and will be remembered for his love of tractors.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Amber J. Greenhoe Spear, whom he married December 27, 2007; his children: Bernice Spear, Aaron (Wendy) Spear, Earl (Sheryl) Spear, Mary (John Persinger) Spear, Alyssa Spear, and Alexandra Greenhoe; grandchildren Samantha (Billy Snyder) Spear, Tanya Stalnaker, Katie (Chance) Wheeler, Hank Combs, Aaron Jr (Sheridan) Spear, Ryan Spear, Gage Howard, Jayden Spear, and Kody McKinney; great-grandchildren Brooklynn, Harlie, Damen, Brenton, Ryker, and Wesley. He is also survived by many friends.

Cremation will be observed, with a Memorial Service held Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Sharon Cemetery. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
