Larry G Newbrough

Larry Gale Newbrough Sr., age 70 passed away July 9, 2014 at his residence in Marietta Oh,following a brief illness with Cancer. He was born on Feb.6, 1944 in Salina Kansas a son of the late Gale O. And Mary Elizabeth VanWey Newbrough.

He was previously employed with Pattin Manufacturing and also as a janitor with the Fort Frye School District. He was an avid coon hunter for many years.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four sisters, a brother and a grandmother.

He was loved and will be missed by his family; 2 sons Larry (Jay,Bubba) Newbrough Jr. (fiance Joy Henthorne) and Larry ( Dink) Wheeler Jr. of Marietta Oh; four grandchildren Larry Newbrough III of Dalzell; Camron Barnhouse and Jason Wheeler of Marietta, Oh; and Shannon McGlumphy of Belpre; seven great-grandchildren; and one brother Carl Newbrough. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

Per his request his body was donated to The Ohio State University in Columbus, Oh and no service will be held.
