John T Loos

John T. Loos age 78, of Cambridge, OH passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020 at the Genesis Hospital in Zanesville, OH. He was born February 3, 1942 in Cambridge, OH a son of the late Willard and Beatrice Thompson Loos. He was a member of the Cambridge Moose Lodge #631 and the Cambridge Elks Lodge #448. He was retired from the Shieldalloy Metallurgical Corp. in Cambridge. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter Tina Strauss; grandson Cameron Struass, and a brother Donis Loos. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Virginia 'Jenny' Adkins Loos whom he married April 12, 1971; 4 children Ronald Beatty of Florida, John Kelly Loos of South Carolina, Darlene Anker, and Chris Ross both of Cambridge; grandson Christopher Loos. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the lights of his life. Cremation will be observed with no additional services held at this time.
