Joann Bonar

JoAnn Bonar age 83, of Caldwell formerly of Conesville, passed away Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge, OH. She was born April 14, 1931 in Caldwell, a daughter of the late Mack and Blanche Cunningham Johnson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Victor C. Bonar, whom she married October 16, 1948 and who passed October 30, 2013; 2 grandchildren Jason D. Bonar and Sherri Lea Archer; 3 sisters and 1 brother.

Those left to cherish her memory are 2 sons Rick Bonar of Cumberland, OH and Randy (Trudye) Bonar of Roseville; 1 daughter Brenda (Junior) Woodard of Pleasant City; 9 grandchildren Nancy Crum, Tanya Hitchens, David Bonar, Jeremy Bonar, Courtney Watson, Joey Richards, Logan Bonar, Danny Bonar, and Robbie Bonar; 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Olive Cemetery in Caldwell, with Rev. William Pickenpaugh officiating. Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell OH has been entrusted to care for the family.
