Jensen Davis

Jensen L. "J-Rod" Davis, age 15, of Caldwell died Wed. (Sept. 6, 2006) at Southeastern Med in Cambridge. He was born May 3, 1991 in Zanesville, OH the son of Jerry and Kimberly (Martin) Davis of Caldwell, OH. Jensen loved spending his time riding his Four Wheeler, listening to music and spending time with family and friends. He attended Caldwell High School as a freshmen, was a member of the W.S.C.C. Upward Bound Program and participated at the Ely Chapman Karate School in Marietta, OH. Preceding him in death are Aunt Angela Marie Martin, Great Grandparents Blake & Edna Davis, Shella Johnson, Otis & Lola Martin and James F. Davis. In addition to his parents he is survived by Brother Craig "Doc" Davis of the home; Grandparents Roger & Linda Martin of Caldwell, Gerald & Arlene Davis of Caldwell; Great Grandparents Florence Davis of Caldwell; Great Uncle Roy Johnson of Caldwell; Two Aunts Tammy (Frank) Fisk of Caldwell and Kristi (Barry) Carpenter of Macksburg; Two Uncles Joey (Barri-lynn) Davis of Sacramento, CA and Brad Davis of Orlando, FL; Also survived by several cousins. Friends will be received Saturday (Sept. 9, 2006) from 2 to 8 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724. The funeral service will be held Sunday at 1:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jim Garrett Officiating. Burial will follow in Olive Cemetery in Caldwell. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be directed to the Jensen Davis Family c/o Caldwell Community Savings Bank, 425 Main Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724, the funds will be contributed to charities that were important to Jensen.
