Jeffrey W Buckey

Jeffrey “Jeff” W. Buckey age 71, of Caldwell, OH passed away following a brief illness Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the OhioHealth Southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge, OH. He was born July 10, 1953 in Cambridge, OH son of the late Harlan Eldred and Mary Ruth Buckey.

He was a truck driver by trade. Jeff loved being with his family, attending all his grandchildren’s sporting events, and traveling to North Carolina to visit his newest granddaughter.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Brenda Barlock.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Pamela K. Johnson Buckey, whom he married August 6, 1980; son James (Kayla) Buckey of Caldwell; daughter Meg (Shane) Elliott of North Carolina; his grandchildren James, Bennett, and Zetta; brother Robert “Bob” (Nona) Buckey of Texas; mother-in-law and father-in-law Linda and John Carter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

In keeping with Jeff’s wishes, cremation will be observed with no additional services held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
