Janice M Devol

Life Legacy Janice M. Devol age 81, of Caldwell, OH passed away Friday, April 9th, 2010 at Southeastern Med in Cambridge, OH. She was born September 23, 1928 in Noble County, OH a daughter of the late Guy and Goldie Rossiter Brown. Janice was a member of the Caldwell Church of Christ and worked as a Cafeteria Clerk for many years at the Caldwell Elementary School. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and attending there different activities. She also enjoyed following Caldwell Athletics and for many years assisting Howard in his all his work. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Howard J. Devol, who passed away November 19th, 1982 and a Grandson James H. ''Jimmy'' Archer. Janice is survived by her family, Three Sons Gregory Devol of Caldwell, Michael (Connie) Devol of Marietta, OH and Jeffrey (Julie) Devol of Macksburg, OH; Two Daughters Tonda (Gene) Brown of Woodsfield, OH and Tina (Kenny) Archer of Sarahsville, OH; 16 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. Friends will be received Sunday, April 11th, 2010 from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A Funeral Service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jim Garrett Officiating. Burial will follow in Dudley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Caldwell Church of Christ, 104 Cumberland Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 or to a charity of your choice in Honor of Janice.
