Isaac Horn

Isaac Daniel Horn, infant died Saturday (Jan. 7, 2006) at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio. He was born Jan 7, 2006 the son of Cecil Allen Horn and Stephanie Marie Stephens both of Rich Valley Road in Caldwell.

He is preceded in death by Paternal Great-Grandparents Robert and Carrie Styers and Maternal Great-Grandparents Leonard and Geneva Leasure.

In addition to his parents he is survived by one Brother Lowell Dean Horn of the home. Paternal Grandparents Bill and Jenny Horn of Caldwell, Maternal Grandparents Dan and Deb Stephens of Belle Valley, Maternal Grandmother Robin Leasure of Ft. McCoy, FL, Paternal Great-Grandparents William and Helen Horn of Caldwell, Paternal Great-Grandmother Frankie Horn of Pataskala., Maternal Great-Grandparents Jim and Patty Stephens, Great Great-Grandmothers Lona Morrison and Martha Stephens both of Caldwell. Aunts and Uncles Missy and Bob Hines of Cincinnati, OH, Valarie Stephens of Sidney, OH, Robert Strain of Columbus, OH, Martin Horn of Caldwell. Also survived my numerous other family members.

A graveside service will be held in Crum Ridge Cemetery on Wednesday (Jan. 11, 2006) at 3:00 pm with Rev. Dana Morrison Officiating. Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH, has been entrusted to care for the family.
