Holly V Phillips

Holly V. Phillips age 69, of Caldwell, Ohio passed away September 21, 2016 at the Summit Acres Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Caldwell. She was born October 19, 1946 in Lynn, MA a daughter of the late Reginald E. and Vivien Sliter Phillips.

Holly was a Graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and worked as a graphic designer for several years. She was the Director for Packaging for Tonka located in Minnesota. She was a member of the Caldwell United Methodist Church and had served as the Director of the Salt Fork Arts and Crafts Festival for 5 years. She will always be remembered for her love of the arts.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sister Pamela (Ed) Ditch of Caldwell; 2 nieces Beth Andrews of Zanesville, OH and Laura (Ben) Walker of Cambridge, OH; 1 nephew Jerry (Cherish) Ditch of Caldwell; 4 great-nieces; 3 great-nephews; an uncle Neil (Elaine) Wiggins of Bellefonte, PA; cousin John (Ronnie) Paden of Montgomery Village MD. Also survived by many friends and fellow lovers of the arts she met throughout the years.

Cremation will be observed. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 2:30 PM at the Caldwell United Methodist Church, 537 Main Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724, with Rev. Jim Cooper officiating. Inurnment will be held at Olive Cemetery in Caldwell, at the convenience of the family. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
