Helen D. Stack

Helen D. Stack age 81 of Macksburg, OH, passed away Friday, October 16, 2015 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 19, 1934 in Grantsville, WV, a daughter of the late Hill and Katherine Clair Gainer Smith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Shelby Kendall Stack; 2 Brothers Herman & David Smith; niece Dianne Burns, and nephew Harold Smith.

Those left to cherish her memory are; 1 son Jerry (Pam) Stack of Macksburg; 1 daughter Sherry Stack of Macksburg; 3 grandchildren Tammy (Charles) Schultheisz of Caldwell, Chad (Kayla) May of Cambridge, OH, and Casey (Abby) Stack of Williamstown WV; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; 1 brother Gearld (Rose) Smith of Macksburg; 2 sisters JoAnn (Don) Cunningham of Marietta and Phyllis Mincks (special friend Ted Dobbin) of Macksburg. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

A private graveside service was observed by the family in Lund Cemetery in Macksburg, with David Cater officiating.
