Geraldine ' Grammy' Willey

C. Geraldine "Grammy" Willey age 92, of Caldwell passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at her residence. She was born October 8, 1922 in Noble County, Ohio a daughter of the late Clifford and Ocie Emma Tilton Porter.

She was a member of The Church of Christ in Caldwell. She was employed at Geris Dairy Queen for many years and also as a Senior Companion. Her favorite pastime was spending quality time with her family. She loved life and could always find good in everything and everyone.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Clyde E. Willey whom she married Feb. 12, 1940 and who passed away in May of 1971; 3 brothers Nolan, Arthur and Duane Porter; 1 sister Genevieve Radcliff.

Those left to cherish her memory are; 1 son Rodger (Joan) Willey of Caldwell; 4 daughters Carol (J.R.) Khune of Pleasant City, OH, Judy (Charles) Poling of Caldwell, Cheryl ( Larry) Cowgill of Sarahsville, OH, and Wende (Sam) Schott of Caldwell; 15 grandchildren Kent, Annette, Susan, Theresa, Mark, Doug, Tim, Ben, Charles Jr., Gerri, Kathy, Dawn, Mark, Gene, and Robert; 21 great-grandchildren Cole, Jamieson, Jaret, Joel, Hannah, Sarah, Bailey, Colin, Noah, Alex, Charles III, Caleb, Clay, Claire, Logan, Kara, Lauren, Jaycee, Kalee, Erica, and Emily; 4 great- great-grandchildren Trace, Laken, Lane, and Lilie; 1 sister-in-law Clela DeLancey of Caldwell. She is also survived by 47 nieces and nephews, who were all special to her.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a graveside service held Friday July 24, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the Dudley Cemetery, south of Caldwell, with Evangelist Dana Morrison and Evangelist Jimmie Moore co-officiating.
