Gavin Clark

Gavin Patrick Clark, infant son of Carrie M. Lawrence and Josh E. Clark of Sarahsville, OH passed away Thursday (June 12, 2008) at the Southeastern Med in Cambridge, OH.

He is preceded in death by maternal Great-Grandfather George Lawrence, Paternal Great-Grandparents Roy and Tina Clark and N. Virginia Wallace.

In addition to his parents he is survived by Sister Riley Clark of the home; Maternal Grandparents Dave and Diane Lawrence of Caldwell; Paternal Grandparents Kevin and Velinda Clark of Needles, CA; Maternal Great-Grandparents Ruth Lawrence of Caldwell, Stewart and Mary Kendle of Marietta; Paternal Great-Grandparents Pat Clark of Caldwell and Wilford and Elaine Wallace of Marietta; 5 Aunts Sarah (Doug) Reed of Caldwell, Rachel (John) Brancefield, Sarah Clark and Lydia Clark all of California and Shari Frame of Caldwell; Uncle Matt Lawrence and Tasha Kay of Caldwell; 3 Cousins Hayden Lawrence, Andrew Brancefield and Allison Frame.

Friends will be received Tuesday (June 17, 2008) from 2 to 4 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724 where the Funeral Service will conclude visitation at 4:00 PM with Mr. Bruce Daugherty Officiating. Burial will follow in Sharon Cemetery. Following the graveside services, the family would like to invite all friends and family back to the First Presbyterian Church, 532 North Street, Caldwell for a meal and time of fellowship.
