Frances Z. Fafrak

Frances Z. Fafrak age 73, of Zanesville, OH formerly of Belle Valley, OH passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 at the Willow Haven Care Center in Zanesville. She was born September 22, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio a daughter of the late Adolph and Irene Bodnar Maestle.

Frances was a member of the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Belle Valley. She retired from Summit Acres Nursing Home as an LPN after 22 years of service. Frances enjoyed her trips vacationing at Kelleys Island. She enjoyed spending her time fishing, bowling and dancing.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Martin Fafrak, whom she married December 31, 1974 and who passed away May 8, 1997; 2 brothers Anthony and John Maestle; 2 step-sons Martin and James Fafrak.

Those left to cherish her memory, are three daughters Theresa Kolk (Ron) Conner of Zanesville, Santa (Bussy) Clewell of Byesville, OH and Eileen (Jim Gorndt) Teters of Cambridge, OH; 1 son Timothy Kolk of Hurst, Texas; 1 step-son Thomas Fafrak of Cleveland, OH; 3 grandchildren Megan (Jesse Rivera) Baker, Mariah (Bradley) Densmore and Casey (Jeffrey Heddleson) Teters; 1 great-granddaughter; many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters Mary Wisniewski of Stow, OH and Irene Hering of Madison, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 29, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 10:30 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Belle Valley, Ohio. Burial will follow in Hiramsburg Cemetery in Hiramsburg, OH.
