Doris D. Edwards

Doris D. Edwards age 91, of Westerville, OH passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, OH after a brief illness. She was born November 15, 1931 in Keithtown, OH a daughter of the late John K. and Jessie V. Hughes Swank.

Doris was proud to work for Rockwell International for many years. She enjoyed teaching and making ceramics and other crafts with her sisters and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Jack L. Edwards whom she married October 3, 1953 and who passed July 5, 2013; sisters and brothers-in-law - Ruth (Joe) Bigley, Beverly (Frank) Eierman, and Reva (Carrol) Batten.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Pam Edwards & Carl Mitsoulis of Columbus, OH and son Doug Edwards & Stephanie Brown of Reynoldsburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a large extended family.

Cremation will be observed, and a family graveside service will be held at a later date in Olive Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband Jack.
