Delbert Russell Gordon

Delbert Russell Gordon age 71, of Caldwell, OH passed away Saturday evening, September 14, 2019 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, OH. He was born February 16, 1948 in Caldwell, OH a son of the late Willard and Marjorie Ellison Gordon. Delbert was a 1966 graduate of the Shenandoah High School. Prior to retiring, he worked for over 40 years at Perry Tire in Canton, OH. He will always be remembered as an avid hunter and fisherman. Those left to cherish his memory are 2 daughters Angela (Todd) Wright of Minerva, OH and Melissa (Tony) Marsh of Massillon, OH; grandchildren Austin Wadding, Evan Marsh, and Trent Wright; 1 sister Brenda Springer of Caldwell; nephew Jim Springer and Niece Susan Springer both of Caldwell. He is also survived by many friends and hunting buddies. The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, September 20, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. Services will conclude at the end of visitation and cremation will be observed.
