It is with profound sadness that we share the news that Deborah Miller, passed away at her home in Lower Salem, Ohio on February 20th, 2026 at the age of 68. Born on February 26, 1957 she was a dedicated mother, wife, and friend. Debbie loved westerns, animals, and her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dwight Miller; her children, Leandra Fruscella and Michael Miller; and her grandchildren, Branden Fruscella, Rachel Fruscella, Anastasia Miller, Keaton Miller, and Jaden Miller.

Cremation will be observed with no additional services being held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
