David D Campbell

David D. Campbell age 51 of Byesville, Ohio was granted his angel wings on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at his residence. His final moments were spent with his loving and devoted wife Lou of 31 years by his side. He was born July 31, 1963 in Guernsey County, Ohio a son of Dorene Hughes of Byesville and the late Raymond Campbell.

He worked as an Auto Mechanic and was employed with Whitesides of Cambridge until his retirement in 1998. His interests included fishing, watching Duck Dynasty, and he was an avid NASCAR fan of Jeff Gordon.

Those left to cherish his memory, in addition to his mother are his wife of 31 years, Lou Kuhl Campbell whom he married on September 9th, 1983; 1 daughter Heather (Mike Clum) Campbell of Byesville; 2 sons James Reed of Byesville and Shannon (Michele) Reed of Lebanan, MO; 2 brothers Mark Campbell of Cumberland, Oh and George (Jamie) Campbell of Byesville; 1 sister Jennifer (Mark) Rossiter of Cambridge; and 8 Grandchildren. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

He would especially like to thank Misty Romine for allowing and keeping his grandchildren Kerstyn Romine and Katelyn Reed involved in his life.

Cremation will be observed, with no additional services held at this time.
