David Ackley

David Nicholas Ackley, infant, died Tuesday evening (Nov. 15, 2005) at St. Joseph's Hospital in Parkersburg, W.V. He was born Tuesday (Nov. 15, 2005) the son of Richard H. and Angela M. (Bauerbach) Ackley of Caldwell, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather David Nicholas Bauerbach.

In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother Mason and a sister Mariah both of the home. Maternal Grandmother Grace Bauerbach of Lowell, OH; Paternal Grandparents James and Mildred Ackley of Caldwell, OH. Also survived my several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Friends will be received Saturday (Nov. 19, 2005) from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio. The Funeral Service will follow visitation Saturday (Nov. 19, 2005) at 10:30 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Father Dale Tornes serving as celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Caldwell, OH.
