Dale V. Groves

Dale V. Groves age 77, of Cambridge, OH passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 14, 1943 in Keithtown, OH a son of the late Herbert Nelson and Iola Bessie Farson Groves.

He enjoyed farming and was a heavy equipment operator for most of his life.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Gerald Groves.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Linda Joyce Henthorne Groves whom he married October 9, 1964; daughter Lorrie L. (Brian VanKirk) Stevens of Chesapeake, VA; grandchildren Danielle Lynn (Clifton) Bell and Matthew Dale Stevens; siblings Virgil (Midge) Groves of Cumberland, OH, Roger (Donna) Groves of Byesville, OH, Roy (Carla) Groves of Pleasant City, OH, and Ronnie Groves of Phoenix, AZ; son-in-law Dan Stevens of Portsmouth, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Cremation will be observed at this time, with inurnment held in Keith Cemetery at a later date. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
