Clara Mae Patch

Clara Mae Patch, 89, of Zanesville, OH passed away Thursday January 21, 2021 at Altercare of Zanesville. She was born March 5, 1931 in Roseville, OH a daughter of the late Robert and Norma (Williams) Hand.

Clara found much joy in reading, especially her Bible. She was devoted to Christ and attended Norval Park Church of Christ. She loved spending her time with family and made a new friend wherever she went. She spent many years taking care of others as a nurses aid and then working in the surgery department, before enjoying several years as a local realtor.

In addition to her parents, Clara is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Patch, two brothers; Robert Hand and Richard Hand, and son in law Jeff Fridley.

Those left to cherish her memory are two sisters; Linda Hand and Patricia Luzzader, two daughters; Cindy Harris and Marcy Fridley both of Zanesville; son David Patch of Lancaster; grandchildren Chris (Angie) Harris, Michael Harris, Heather (Kyle) Kildow all of Zanesville and Charlie Harris of New York, Jill (Chris) Coulles of New York, and Amber (John) Moore of Columbus, and two special great grandchildren; Cody Harris and Elliana Moore.

Cremation will be observed at this time with a celebration of Claras life to be held at a future date.
