Biography His Legacy.... Charles F. "Goog" Gildow, age 74, of Caldwell, OH died Monday (April 30, 2007) at Southeastern Med in Cambridge, OH. He was born Dec. 17, 1932 in Washington County, OH a son of the late Tony and Edna McAtee Gildow. Charles enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was also a member of A.A. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 6 Brothers and 2 Sisters. His Family... Surviving are his wife Wanda J. Anderson Gildow of Caldwell; Daughter Peggy Sue Gildow of Caldwell; 2 Grandchildren Justin Huffman and Brittney Palmer; 1 Step-Son Wayne Wheeler of Ava, OH; 2 Step-Daughters Carol Antill of Caldwell and Jackie Wheeler of Cambridge, OH; 11 Step-Grandchildren Misty, Dusty, Jessica, David, Dani, Angie, Ricky, Liz, Bubby, Eddie and Becky; 7 Step-Great-Grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. His Farewell Service... Friends will be received Wednesday (May 2, 2007) from 2 - 4 and 6 8 pm at Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 1:00 pm in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Pickenpaugh Officiating. Burial will follow in Barry's Ridge Cemetery.
