Carl 'Tony' Anthony Petry

Carl Anthony "Tony" Petry age 34, of Caldwell, OH passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 27, 1981 in Beverly, OH a son of Carl Ray "Chico" and Connie Marcella Clark Petry of Macksburg, OH.

Tony was a 1999 Graduate of Caldwell High School and was a Catholic by faith. He loved turkey hunting, fishing, bow hunting and trapping. He will always be remembered as an active father, whether he was playing ball in the backyard with the boys or attending their extra-curricular activities.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Ray & Kitty Petry and maternal grandmother Patty Clark.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory are wife Ashley Clark Petry, whom he married July 17, 2004; 3 sons Xavier, Havison and Hudson Petry; siblings Tracy (Charlee Bender) Petry of Macksburg, Jason (Paula) Petry of Elba, OH, Derek Petry, Brandi Petry and Shane Petry all of Macksburg; father-in-law and mother-in-law Randall (Lisa) Clark of Caldwell; 2 brothers-in-law Josh (Shelley) Clark of Coshocton and Michael Clark of Caldwell; 3 sisters-in-law Kendra (Andrew) McGee of Zanesville, OH, Latisha (Sam) Dujanovic of Stow, OH, and Marjie Clark of Caldwell; best friend Joey (Brandey) Mincks of Caldwell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, February 14, 2016 from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724, with a Vigil Service held at the conclusion of visitation at 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, February 15, 2016 at 10:30 AM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1036 Belford Street, Caldwell, with Rev. Father Wayne Morris serving as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Caldwell, OH.
